Service Description
Come experience Yoga in its entirety. Most of us know Yoga as a series of physical poses but Yoga goes much deeper than that. Yoga is a complete mind body science which if practiced as designed helps not only with the strength, flexibility & balance of the physical body but also keeps the mind calm, stress free and relaxed under any situation. In this class, along with physical Yoga poses, we practice the beginner and intermediate & advanced breathing techniques which bring a sense of relaxation to the mind and cleanses the channels of the body thereby bringing us towards a state of greater health. Please bring your mat for class.
