I am a Board Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Counselor and a Certified & Registered Yoga Instructor. I specialize in a holistic & natural approach to well-being.
I offer Wellness Counseling, Detox Packages, Yoga classes & Body Therapies for Stress Management and relaxation; all geared towards one goal - to keep you healthy and in charge of your own health.
